Personal Help Desk We provide immediate access to a live IT support professional via web or telephone, 24/7. Our staff works with clients to resolve all types of issues, and can remotely connect to desktops to solve problems directly with the client's permission.
Our support philosophy it to provide quick, accurate response to all technical questions, and we pledge that one of our help desk staff will respond within one business day or less.
Online Support Just log in to our online help desk to submit problems, questions, or issues and one of our help desk staff will quick address the problem and provide updates throughout the process. Our searchable Knowledgebase library is also available for training help guides and answers to common questions.
Phone Support Client support is available 24/7, 365 days a year. Call-in hours are weekdays 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST at 1.888.nerd.help (1-888-637-3435). All other hours, support technicians respond to requests submitted via online Help Desk.
Unlimited Support Requests There is no limit to the number of support requests for any officeDesk Live client.
Local Computer Issues Since officeDesk Live clients access their information from our servers, most technical issues will not occur on the user's local computer -- local hardware is only used to access the Internet, launch a browser, and connect to officeDesk Live. However, issues can arise with local hardware (e.g. network connectivity issues, local/network printing issues, spyware, virus issues, local hardware failure, etc.). Nerd Patrol will provide solutions to get systems back online or we will make necessary arrangements to resolve the problem (e.g. order a replacement part, report the problem to hardware vendor / warranty vendor, etc.).
