Our Vision

Our brand is the most valuable thing we own. Personal honesty, accountability, and integrity are the foundation of our success.  Customer service is our way of life. Nerd Patrol is a fun and friendly place, where teamwork rules. We work hard ... and we reward hard work. Great things  happen when we listen ... to our customers and to each other. We strengthen  small businesses, one office at a time.

Core Values
The following are a list of our core values and what makes us different. We are very passionate about what we do. Our values do not change with new experiences, new people or new opportunities. They are our foundation and the reason why we exist today.

Integrity
We conduct our relationships with high ethical standards.   We do the right thing for our associates, customers, and our company even when faced with personal, professional or economic pressure. We are trustworthy and honest in all our dealings.

Integrity is central to our customer focus. Our customers have chosen to trust our solutions and we owe it to them to live up to our promises. We are empowered to admit our mistakes and to accept responsibility for correcting them. We will do whatever it takes to make things right when mistakes occur.

Innovation
We must explore new concepts, new products and services and new processes across all platforms of our business. Being creative in improvement and adding extra value to our customers and partners is not the exclusive responsibility of a few individuals or one particular department. It is up to all of us to be continuously seeking ways to do things more efficiently.

Empowerment
We must allocate power at every level for better decision making consistent with our values and agreed strategies.

Allocating power means the transfer of accountability, recommending or taking action, and informing the organization throughout the process. Our associates are talented and skilled; we must be committed to their development and encourage them to take on greater responsibility in times of need and growth.

We must facilitate empowerment by ensuring that business processes are in place, communication channels are open, resources are allocated, and control systems are developed and adhered to.

Team Work
We believe that more can be achieved through working in teams than as individuals.

We need to communicate and work across organizational boundaries to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers. Few tasks can be accomplished in departmental isolation. Most meaningful actions have implications that require multi-functional cooperation and commitment. Team members need to be:
